QuickLister (Liberty League International)
|
|
Rating:

Level of Review:
Researched. Too high a risk.
Overview: A very confusing Business Resource type system.
Product: Business education courses and conferences... References are non-existent on Quicklister and Liberty sites, this is what is reported elsewhere. No differentiation between buying the product, and becoming a distributor - you buy both the product and the right to sell it.
Costs: Starts at $1495, goes up from there for packages.
Compensation:
Very complex - basically you sell items and keep the bulk of the sale price, but there are lots of twists and exceptions.
Conclusion:
This is SO hard to find legit information on, that even though I spent some time researching, I still cannot find actual details. I normally make judgments based on both company literature, and statements by other people. This business is so cloaked that even reviewing their own items was impossible (and I cannot afford $1500 to give it a test run, especially when the info I have so far indicates it would be impossible for me to earn from this system).
Quicklister appears to be just a replicated system for Liberty League International, similar to the way that Mom Team and Moms Win market Melaleuca - If I read it right, they are not part of the company, they just provide a system for marketing the company (information is sketchy enough it is really difficult to actually tell). It seems that you are dealing with two companies here - Quicklister, their reputation, and information available on them, and LLI, who delivers the product, and their reputation, and information that you can find on THEM. Either one is extremely difficult to find open and unbiased info on.
Here is some info I found:
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/r66848-.html - Forum comments, take them with a grain of salt.
http://www.wahm.com/boards/Forum17/HTML/007050.html - More forum comments.
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/r18816-.html - More forum comments, more helpful than the other two.

this one is a fraud report, well worth reading because it sheds light on the
lack of info on the Quicklister sites (Quicklister is Liberty League
International).
Info is all very ambiguous, cloaked in hype, filled
with all sorts of allusion but no substance. Makes me uneasy for that reason
(and several other reasons). Compensation plan is VERY like Coastal Vacations
(but more complex), and monetary issues are very similar. Word is, you have to
have a lot of money to put into it to make it with this one... hard to verify
though, since I cannot find any published info from the company itself - and
THAT is particularly worrisome. Coastal at least publishes their compensation
plan.
The "secret society" aspect of this makes me hugely uneasy. I have a real problem with anyone who is not willing to state outright who they are and what they do. And I really have a problem with the "pig in a poke" aspect of such things - you may end up with a badger instead, and it may bite you!
The sites make it appear that they are going to educate you about MLM, and teach you to be successful. They do not mention selling THEIR product, but make it sound like they'll help you no matter what you sell. Yet it is just another "buy the system to sell the system" package. And it all circles back to the "buy the secret to making money which is selling the secret to making money" half-scam that has made the rounds for eons.
Proceed with caution, and do not risk what you
cannot afford to lose if you go with this one. It feels too fishy to me, and while I don't doubt that some people do make a mint from this, I have to believe that they are the rare exception, and not the rule.

Our Rating System:
No program is right for everyone.
Even a rating of four or five does not indicate that you should
dive in without some careful thought and consideration. Business
is still risky. All reviews have the reasons for the rating
clearly defined.
    -
Information presented in program is accurate and factual concerning
the potential of the program, program is based on sound business
principles, and has good potential to provide stable income
for individuals to whom the program is suitable.
   -
Information is accurately presented, company focuses on selling
product, but business is either more confusing, less predictable,
or slightly higher risk for one of a number of reasons. Still
considered a sound company and very acceptable risk.
  -
Information may be confusing or misleading, company may have
significant issues with program structure, support of product,
or public perception and reputation. A rating of three does
not mean you should not do it. It just means you need to be
sure you are suited to overcoming the difficulties that the
program has.
 -
Information generally misleading, risk fairly high, many unanswered
questions, business principles questionable, but still has some
potential for actually working for some people.
-
Cannot declare that it is an outright scam, but potential for
it to work is very low. Will have questionable business theory,
bad reputation, excessive hype that is not backed up by common
sense, or other aspects which indicate very high risk. Will
always have multiple issues, not just one thing.
-
Outright Scam. Anything labeled this way is never worth any
kind of risk.
